Built Two New Monetizable Apps In The Past Week With My Packed Schedule By Using AI🤖

Good morning!

Last time I posted, I sent you a complete step-by-step guide on how to build and launch AI apps with Lovable.

I showed you exactly how to come up with ideas, build them, and actually make money from them.

This week, I wanted to give you a quick update on what I've been doing with Lovable—especially now that ChatGPT 5.2 (a.k.a. "Garlic") has been released to the public.

The AI keeps getting better. Which means building apps keeps getting easier and faster.

And I've been taking full advantage.

Two Apps I Built in the Last Few Days

App #1: Facebook Ad Spy Tool

I built an app that scrapes 100 competitor Facebook ads in any niche in just 7 seconds.

Here's what it does:

The main feature: You enter a niche or industry. The app pulls 100 of their Facebook ads instantly. It downloads the actual video files so you can study them.

Auto-scanning: It can automatically scan every single day to watch for new winning ads. So you're always up-to-date on what's working in your market.

Keyword search: You can find all ads that contain specific keywords. Want to see every ad mentioning "AI" or "weight loss" or "coaching"? Done in seconds.

Normally, competitor research takes hours.

You're manually scrolling through Facebook Ad Library. You're screenshotting things. You're trying to remember what you saw last week.

This app does it all automatically in seconds.

The best part?

It's now developed to a point where I can offer it as another paid subscription. Or I can add it to Revven, which already has over 2,500 paying users.

A ton of people have been asking me for access to this tool.

Something I built in a weekend can now be used as another revenue stream for my business.

That's what I keep trying to tell people. These apps aren't just fun projects. They're actual business assets that make money.

App #2: AI Teleprompter & Speaking Coach

The app automatically finds trending news from the last 24 hours in whatever niche you choose.

This one is honestly pretty wild.

Here's what it does: browses the web and social media to find trending news from the last 24 hours in any niche you enter.

Writes the script: It creates a complete script based on that news. You don't write anything—it's done for you.

Runs the teleprompter: While you're recording (on desktop or mobile), the teleprompter scrolls the script for you to read.

Analyzes your performance: After you record, it analyzes how you did as a speaker. It gives you detailed feedback on your pacing, clarity, filler words, and delivery.

It's basically BigVu on steroids.

And I built it because I’ve noticed that content creators struggle to coming up with what to say, and looking professional on camera.

This solves both problems in one tool.

Where this is going

I'm giving this app to everyone in my upcoming App Builder training so they can clone it for their own business.

People who take the training will be able to customize it for their niche. Fitness coaches can use it for workout tips. Business consultants can use it for industry updates. Real estate agents can use it for market news.

It's a really helpful tool that simplifies and improves content creation. And it acts as a major incentive for people to join the training.

All-in-all, it just amazes me how this works.

I think of an app idea. I hop onto an AI app building tool like Lovable, Replit, or Bolt. I describe what I want in plain English.

And it just builds it.

No coding. No developers. No $20,000 budget.

Just me and AI working together.

And the apps actually work. They're not broken prototypes. They're functional tools that people pay money to use.

The Facebook ad scraper? Built the prototype in minutes and developed in a few days. Now it's a potential revenue stream.

The teleprompter tool? Built the prototype in a few minutes and polished in a weekend. Now it's a training incentive and something people can clone for their businesses.

Mind you, I have a packed schedule. And I’m still able to develop apps like these.

This is the world we live in now.

If you have an idea and can describe it clearly, you can build it. The technology isn't coming "someday." It's here right now.

What's one app you've built or want to build for your business?

Hit reply and tell me. I'm genuinely curious what you're working on or thinking about.

If you already built something, I want to hear about it. If you're stuck on an idea, tell me what you're trying to solve and I'll give you feedback.

The best time to start was last year. The second best time is right now.

Talk soon,

Brian
