"AI Alzheimer's" Is About To Be Fixed 🤖
Good morning!
Remember how AI keeps forgetting the prompts and instructions you gave it just a few minutes ago?
Like you have to keep explaining the same thing over and over again?
Then it’ll say something like “Okay, I understand now.“
And then it repeats the exact same mistake again?
Yeah, that's about to change.
Google Is Working On Making A Self-Evolving AI, Learning From Past Experience All By Itself
So I was digging through X earlier and came across some leaked research documents from two Google employees (I know, I'm a nerd).
To put the long story short: Google is working on fixing AI memory so it doesn't keep forgetting your instructions. Instead, AI will learn from past successful experiences and evolves all by itself without needing new training from humans.
So no more repeating yourself.
And no more starting from scratch every conversation.

This Feature Is Called “ReasoningBank”—Here’s What We Know About It
"ReasoningBank" is still in the experimental phase. But once it's fully developed, it means future AI models will learn from their mistakes and successes all on their own without you needing to train it from scratch.
The AI builds a "memory bank" of what works and what doesn't. When it fails at something, it figures out why and stores that lesson. When it succeeds, it remembers that strategy too.
What This Means For You As A Biz Owner
For non-tech-savvy business owners, this is huge.
Aside from not having to repeat yourself over and over again.
Here's how your life gets easier:
✔️Customer Service That Actually Learns: Your chatbot starts off okay at helping customers. But instead of staying the same forever, it notices when customers get frustrated and figures out better ways to help them. After a few weeks, it's handling tricky questions you never even taught it to answer.
✔️Marketing That Improves Itself: You set up an AI to write your social media posts. At first, some posts flop. But the AI notices which ones get engagement and which ones don't. It starts writing better posts automatically, without you changing anything.
✔️Inventory That Predicts Itself: Your restaurant AI notices you always run out of ingredients during local football games. It starts ordering extra supplies before those events without you having to remember or program it.
✔️Many More
The best part? It means AI becomes more efficient and effective at repeated tasks while taking more work off your shoulders.
When Will You Actually Get This?
Based on everything I'm seeing, Google will likely roll out ReasoningBank in their own AI models (like Gemini) within the next 12-18 months.
For the AI tools most people actually use like ChatGPT, Claude, and others
Expect this memory upgrade sometime around 2027 or 2028.
Could be sooner if the competition gets fierce.
The Bottom Line
If you've been frustrated with AI forgetting your preferences or having to re-explain things constantly, help is coming.
Soon, your AI tools will remember everything, learn from every interaction, and get smarter without you lifting a finger.
Your biggest challenge won't be training the AI anymore. It'll be keeping up with how fast it's improving your business.
This is a sign to start impelementing AI to your biz if you haven’t yet.
Before it’s too late.
