Agentic AI Is Booming With Millions Of Users Around The World 🤖
Good morning!
You've read that right.
Millions of people worldwide are already using Agentic AI, some without even realizing it.
It's interesting, because a few weeks ago, I talked about how I noticed a shift happening in the AI landscape, and I predicted that 2026 will be a year of agentic AI.
Recent data proves that to be correct.
OpenRouter (think of it as a marketplace where developers can access hundreds of different AI models through one platform) released a report that shows the usage of top agentic AI models.

OpenRouter processes about 13 trillion tokens per week right now (February 2026).
A year ago, it was only 1 trillion tokens per week.
That's a 13x increase.
But what does "tokens" actually mean?
Think of tokens as the fuel AI uses to process information. Every word, sentence, or task you give AI consumes tokens.
For example:
• A simple chat message might use 500 tokens
• An agentic AI task (like booking a flight or analyzing data) uses 50,000+ tokens
• A complex workflow (like managing your calendar for a week, building an automated lead scraper, social media management agent, etc.) can use 100,000 to 1 million tokens
If we assume the average agentic AI user consumes about 130,000 tokens per week:
13 trillion tokens per week ÷ 130,000 tokens per user = 100 million users
Top Agentic AI Tools You Should Check Out Right Now
If you're not using agentic AI yet, here are some tools you should test:
1. Twin.so

Twin is the easiest agentic AI tool to use. No technical knowledge required. You literally just talk to it like ChatGPT, and it handles everything for you.
Pros:
• Zero learning curve
• Connects to your business tools automatically (Gmail, Slack, social media)
• Works 24/7 in the background
• Perfect for business owners who don't have time to learn complicated tools
Cons:
• Still relatively new (less proven than older tools)
• May have limited integrations compared to developer-focused tools
• Pricing not publicly transparent yet
Best for: Business owners who want automation without the tech headaches.
2. Manus

Manus is built for people who want a personal AI assistant that lives on their computer and takes action across all their apps. It has a learning-curve and needs to be set-up.
Pros:
• Runs locally on your hardware (more control over your data)
• Integrates with 50+ tools
• Open-source (free to use)
• Works continuously in the background
Cons:
• Requires technical setup (not for beginners)
• Had security issues in January 2026 (data leak incident)
• Needs about $5/month for API keys
• Requires your own computer or server to run
Best for: Tech-savvy users who want full control and don't mind setup.
3. OpenClaw (a.k.a. Moltbot)

OpenClaw is an AI that literally controls your web browser like a human. It clicks buttons, fills out forms, and navigates websites for you. Only issue is it needs techinical know-how to setup.
Pros:
• Extremely powerful for web automation - You can also talk to it via your messaging apps like Messenger, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, etc.
• Open-source and affordable ($1 for 200 tasks)
• 94% accuracy rate
• Can handle CAPTCHAs and complex websites
Cons:
• Requires developer knowledge to set up
• Designed for coders, not casual users
• Can be overkill for simple tasks
• Runs locally or in the cloud and comes with security risks
Best for: Developers and businesses that need large-scale web automation.
4. Lovable

Lovable is an AI-powered app builder that lets you create fully functional apps just by describing what you want in plain English.

• No coding required
• Builds real, working apps in minutes
• Great for entrepreneurs and small businesses
• Handles front-end and back-end development
Cons:
• Limited to app creation
• May require tweaks for complex features
• Still evolving (newer platform)
• Best for simpler app ideas
Best for: Entrepreneurs who want to build apps without hiring developers.
The Problem You Need to Be Aware Of
While agentic AI is awesome, it also comes with problems.
Here's something important to know:
The top 3 agentic AI models right now are developed by Chinese companies.
MiniMax M.5, Kimi K2.5, and GLM 5 are dominating the usage charts because they're cheap, fast, and powerful.
But they may come with security risks.
When you use AI models developed in other countries, especially ones that handle your personal data, you need to think about:
• Where is your data being stored?
• Who has access to it?
• What laws protect (or don't protect) your information?
Chinese companies operate under different regulations than American companies.
That doesn't automatically make them bad, but it does mean you need to be more careful about what data you share.
So make sure to choose a model you can trust.
Ideally, stick with ones from established companies like:
• Claude (by Anthropic, based in the U.S.)
• Google Gemini (by Google, with strong privacy standards)
• OpenAI (ChatGPT, U.S.-based with clear data policies)
These companies have stricter data protections and are accountable under U.S. and international privacy laws.
If you're handling sensitive business information, customer data, or personal details, it's worth paying a bit more for peace of mind.
My Opinion
Everyone should be using agentic AI right now to make their life simpler and easier.
Seriously.
We're at a point where AI doesn't just answer questions anymore.
It takes action.
It books appointments. It clears your inbox. It schedules meetings. It handles customer service.
And it does all of this while you sleep.
If you're still doing repetitive tasks manually, you're wasting time and money.
The tools are here. They work. And they're only getting better.
Start small.
Pick one tool from the list above and test it for a week.
See how much time it saves you.
Then expand from there.
The people who adopt agentic AI now will have a massive advantage over those who wait.
Don't be the person who waits.
Talk soon,
Brian
